Hi all, i made a fantastic cake today using Lorraine Pascals recipe from her website, it turned out pretty good , I think. I had to change the topping slightly , as we didnt have any raspberries available, well none that hadnt been frozen for the winter!!! so i used two different chocolates, white and dark grated and its okay, fighting my hubby off!!
