diets

HI everyone, hope your all feeling very well, I started a new diet a few months ago, mainly because I had some blood tests done and they where all abnormal, as in my triglycerides and blood sugar levels where up, not good, as you can imagine. My weight had steadily been climbing for 3 years, and I had reached the all time high of 10 stone 1 pound, yikes, that was more than my full term pregnancy weight!!! I am only 5 foot tall, so I was quite overweight for my height , age , build etc. Anyway, I hit the internet to see if I could determine why..... I was shocked to discover, that it wasnt the fat in my food that was causing me to be overweight, but rather the hidden sugars put in food by manufacturers!!!
I mean its even in toothe paste for heavens sake!!!
Anyway, to cut a long story short, I have done my research regarding my shopping and I have lost 12 lbs so far in 16 weeks, no exercise just careful shopping, it can be done.
I will post further on this subject later, also found some negative calorie foods too that is , food s that have calories , obviously, but your body uses more calories just digesting them so they dont cause weight gain, good eh??
